It is a great pride for Ardentis and for Anne-Françoise Gagnebin-de Bons, responsible for the training of apprentice dental assistants at Ardentis, who reflects on the CFC diploma award day:
“On Friday, July 6, 2018, training managers, trainers, and apprentice dental assistants who passed their final exams were invited to the Centre Général Guisan in Pully for the CFC diploma ceremony for dental assistants. The day was accompanied by a mix of sun and rain, matching the emotions, pride, and joy throughout the ceremony.
This year, 10 apprentice dental assistants successfully obtained their CFC diploma, including one who works at our Ardentis Genève dental clinic.
I sincerely thank everyone from the Ardentis Dental Clinics group who attended to share this success, especially Dr. Mark Bischof, administrator of the Ardentis group, who honored us with his presence.
The award for the best Ardentis work journal 2018 was given to Miss Rosana Rial, a third-year apprentice at our Ardentis clinic in Yverdon. Congratulations for her exceptional work. I would like to once again congratulate all the winners on their success and wish them all the best in their professional futures. Several of these young ladies have decided to stay with Ardentis and have been hired, which is a second great satisfaction for us.
Furthermore, for nine consecutive years, Ardentis has awarded the “Prix du Mérite”: this year, I had the honor to present the “Prix du Mérite” to Miss Christel Santos Mendes from the dental practice of Dr. Willy Burri in Prilly for her results. Throughout her training, she overcame learning difficulties to achieve good results and always showed motivation, attention, interest, and positivity.
