What are your prices?
Our dental care and aesthetic medicine fees are available here.
Do you accept payment plans?
We accept payment arrangements and can spread them over the course of treatment, or up to a maximum of 10 monthly installments. We do not apply interest. We also offer discount options if you pay the full estimate at the start of treatment. Please consult your dentist for details.
How do I make an appointment and who should I contact?
Ardentis clinics are located across the cantons of Vaud, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Geneva, and Valais. You can book an appointment at the clinic that suits you best, either online, by phone, or by email.
By phone: 058 234 00 00
Do you have availability soon?
If your situation is urgent and painful, our emergency services are available during opening hours, as well as Saturday and Sunday mornings at certain clinics (see emergency hours).
In general, we strive to offer appointments as quickly as possible, at times convenient for you. If the next available date does not suit you, we can direct you to one of our other dental clinics in French-speaking Switzerland.
Do you handle emergencies on Sundays and public holidays?

How do you manage my child’s accident?
Dental traumas require treatment within an hour to optimize the chances of success. Our clinics are available without an appointment for dental emergencies, both on weekdays and weekends.
The specialists at Ardentis Dental Clinics, experts in pediatric dentistry, can guide you on how to manage dental trauma and prevent it from occurring.
Do you have dentists specialized in pediatric care?
All our dentists treat both adults and children, but we also have dentists specialized in pediatric dentistry. Pediatric dentists care for children and adolescents, ensuring a healthy and functional mouth for every child.

How long does a cleaning or check-up take?
A dental cleaning or check-up usually lasts between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on your individual needs.
Will my pain be treated directly during the check-up?
Yes, our primary duty is to relieve your pain. We recommend that you inform us at the time of booking if you are experiencing pain. This allows us to allocate enough time with your dentist. If your pain is too severe to wait for your scheduled appointment, our emergency services are available during opening hours, including Saturday and Sunday mornings at certain clinics.
Is an emergency consultation more expensive than a regular appointment?
No, an emergency consultation does not cost more than a regular scheduled appointment.
Why do emergencies need to be paid immediately? Can I pay by invoice?
For administrative reasons, emergency consultations must be paid on-site.
Do you send my invoice to the insurance company? Is it covered?
Once insurance approval has been obtained, Ardentis will send the invoice to your insurance if the treatment is related to an accident or covered by health insurance. If you have supplementary insurance, Ardentis will send the invoice directly. Please note that in the case of an accident, it is your responsibility to report the case to your insurance.
Do you offer teeth whitening and how does it work?
We offer various dental whitening methods to help you regain the full brightness of your smile, including express whitening, in-clinic treatment, at-home treatment, and whitening boost.
Before starting a whitening treatment, a check-up appointment is required. Whitening should only be performed on healthy teeth, and any necessary preliminary treatments must be completed beforehand. We are here to advise and guide you throughout the process.
Do you have gentle dentists?
At Ardentis, we provide gentle, pain-free care. For more anxious patients, we offer conscious sedation with nitrous oxide or “laughing gas,” a safe and recognized method. Inhalation of this gas via a nasal mask helps patients relax and better tolerate dental treatments. For highly anxious patients, treatments under general anesthesia are also available.
Why do I need to fill out the new patient form?
We ask for this information to have a complete view of both your dental and general health. With this information, we can ensure personalized, sustainable care and provide a treatment plan adapted to your situation.
