Through their life journey, the founding partners Dr Mark Bischof et Dr Rabah Nedir embody the multicultural identity and integration values of the Ardentis group. Born abroad, with families from diverse backgrounds and having traveled the world for personal and academic reasons, they share a conviction: the diversity of employee backgrounds is a strength that is cultivated through exchange and living well together.
Graduates of the University of Geneva, SSO specialists in oral surgery and holders of the European certificate of excellence in oral surgery, they advocate daily for excellence in care and knowledge sharing.
Scientific expertise is a central pillar of Ardentis’ philosophy. Dr Mark Bischof and Dr Rabah Nedir have taught at the University of Geneva and are authors of numerous international scientific publications, as are many members of the group.
