Abstract
ABSTRACT Although the use of metal-anchored ceramo-metal crowns remains widespread in Europe, numerous studies highlight the limitations and risks associated with this type of reconstruction after endodontic treatment. The aim of this article is to discuss the principles of a modern therapeutic approach based on a minimal invasiveness concept, aiming to restore both the aesthetics and function of non-vital teeth. Different treatment options are described, including direct composite restorations, indirect endocrown restorations, and all-ceramic crowns, illustrated through various clinical cases.
